On Tuesday, May 16 the new TZMO Benelux premises in ’s-Hertogenbosch were officially opened. The company sells and distributes medical, hygiene, and cosmetic products to other businesses and healthcare facilities.
TZMO Benelux, which was previously located in Vught, has been active in the Netherlands since 2003. When it started off the company had a workforce of just three, but in recent years that has grown to 15. “We outgrew our premises in Vught,” Managing Director Joanna van Hooft said of the move to the new building. “Especially when considering our future plans. In the next few years we expect to become even bigger and recruit another 10 to 15 people. The new property involved an investment in the region of four million euros.”

Making space for the future
The new building is located on a site of over 8,400 m2, and while the logistics department takes up 1,200 m2, that is only the start. “We haven’t just got more warehouse and office space here, we also have a large conference hall where we can host international congresses, meetings and training courses. The offices and the conference hall together make up around 500 m2,” Van Hooft said proudly.
The official opening of the building at 42 Rietveldenweg was attended by the board of TZMO SA as well as managers from other European branches, municipal representatives, and the Polish ambassador. The board of the NFIA (Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency) and numerous business relations of TZMO were also present to witness the historic occasion. The opening saw TZMO SA CEO Mr. Jarosław Józefowicz, Alderman Jan Hoskam, and Joanna van Hooft symbolically cut a ribbon. The municipality of ’s-Hertogenbosch, the NFIA, and the Brabant Development Agency (BMO) all provided backing to TZMO in the development and construction of the new building.
