Prologis welcomes Pantos Logistics to Tilburg, Brabant
Logistics real estate company Prologis has delivered a ‘build-to-suit’ distribution facility of 28,000 square meters for Pantos Logistics in Tilburg, Brabant.
Logistics real estate company Prologis has delivered a ‘build-to-suit’ distribution facility of 28,000 square meters for Pantos Logistics in Tilburg, Brabant. The facility is part of a pilot program from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in order to develop a new standard that takes into account with the health and well-being of the employees in logistics distribution centers.
The distribution facility is rented to the Korean logistics service company Pantos Logistics, which is a long-term customer of Prologis. The agreement is part of a new development by Prologis in Tilburg, consisting of 90,000 square meters of logistics space.
