Techwave, a global enterprise that has been expanding its reach for solutions and services, selected Eindhoven for their European head office because, “everything about it made sense”.

“Eindhoven is a city bursting with energy, brainpower, work ethic and fun”, CEO Damodar Gummadapu while discussing Techwave’s reason behind selecting the unique and energetic city of Eindhoven. “Several Dutch cities were an option, but Eindhoven connects us immediately to Germany and other international clients while keeping the office and living costs low with a great place to live. Right now we’re here with four people, and we’re looking to add another ten resources in the near future. Local talent is all around, which is exactly what we need to manage training and to provide solutions to our clients.”

Techwave quickly settled into the tech agglomerate with help of the Brabant Development Agency, Brainport Development and the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency. “We were impressed with what they showed us, and how seamlessly they helped us connect with the community”, Gummadapu points out, referring to their participation in the European Data Forum as an example. “People know to come to Eindhoven for value and innovation, which is also what we bring to the table. We’re very happy with the decision to move here; it’s been very comfortable to launch our office and get to business.”
