Delta Electronics is moving its Dutch office from Eindhoven to the Automotive Campus in Helmond. Helmond thus becomes the basis for Delta’s industrial automation activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The new building will meet today’s highest standards of sustainability and environmental design. It aims to achieve a Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) Gold certification.

It has become a prominent state of the art LEED building. Visible and measurable efforts have been made to achieve the Delta ‘s sustainability ambitions. Special about this project was the application of the latest techniques and the components of Delta Electronics itself. The construction parties have designed a sustainable installation with a wide variety of control components. These components were obtained and applied directly from Delta. Often it concerns technology that was still unknown in Europe. Another example of the sustainable character is the interchangeability. We have already anticipated possible future interchangeability of newer components in, for example, control engineering.
